The Commercial Property Database allows Property agents to market their commercial property to potential buyers at very little cost. It supplies a number of services relating to storage and searching of property marketing details including Web Services to export and import property and White Label custom searches on client's corporate sites. It also supplies property searches to a number of borough councils looking to promote local business including South London Business, Northumberland and West Sussex Economic Partnership.
I am responsible for the daya to day running of CPD and have developed and maintained their many services including looking after their servers.

First Property Group plc provides services to the commercial property industry, but is mainly focused on Property Fund Management. They also own the commercial property database.
I designed and built their website so that it could be fully content managed and easily updated. I am responsible for maintaining it as well as CPD. There is also an integrated live feed of the latest available trading details built using PHP and reading an excel export of share prices provided by Yahoo.

Able Volunteers is a project sponsored be Westminster Mind. It's aim is to supply information to voluntary organisations and charities looking to recruit volunteers by way of downloadable information packs. It's secondary mandate is to help volunteers find information about possible opportunities.
The site is custom built to allow an administrator to update the news and information pack sections of the site with now HTML knowledge. This involves a WYSIWYG editor and the storage of documents and images related to the news posts or info packs.

Westminster Forum for Mental Health represents Mental Health User Groups in the Westminster area. It gives information and news about related services and projects and will be kept up to date by the users themselves.
It is content managed and I designed and built it.

Go 4 mental health is a pioneering site offering a directory of local mental health services. It was funded by NHS Westminster and involved close partnership work with local professionals and service users. It is designed to be friendly and easy to use, and is updated on a regular basis by the mental health patients who use it.
I built it from scratch using PHP and MYSQL, with a flash inlay. There is also a simple WYSIWYG module for data entry.

Hyphen-21 is a Charity run by my Father which aims to bridge the gaps in community. He needed a website to make information about their various projects available to the world wide web. Hyphen-21 gains national and european recognition. It has been funded by the Kings Fund, The Arts Council, and the NHS. Recently the Poems for...project has been sponsored by the Mayor of London.
I designed and built the site, which uses a content management system.

Poems for... is a one of the projects set up by the hyphen-21 charity. It supplies small poem-posters for public display - in waiting rooms, class rooms, libraries...
It has been sponsored by numerous bodies including the Mayor of London, The Poetry Society and the Foreign Office.
I designed and built the website, which is content managed. It includes user registration and various bits of dynamic content.

Oxnews is essentially a service directory specifically for the Oxfordshire area. The site is custom built in PHP, including a generic database system which is currently used for advertising jobs and used cars and allows imports from excel. There are also dynamically built rss feeds for web and mobile as well as a system for random advertising, for the right hand column of the site.

La Maison des Bulliats is a small vineyard producing Beaujolais. They are good friends of mine and I recommend buying a few bottles from them.
I built and designed their website, which includes a blog and a basic Paypal ordering system. Their site is content managed.

I joined Jobpartners as a founder employee, on my sandwich placement and helped to build their intial product. After we raised £11 Million in venture capital, I postponed completing my Degree in order to run the 15 strong development team. I was then made responsible for product design, before leaving to complete my degree 3 years later.

Open Mind Designers needed me to design two highly customisable and low cost websites for selling various media. The solution was to build fully functioning shops based on ZenCart. This meant that orders could go directly to OMD rather than via a hosted database.
